In the Swim

So Grace has been moved to the next swim class up, after her first class. It is a bit disturbing though, since she finds it to be "not challenging" at all...Perhaps they'll move her up again? :) In any case, she likes the swimming lessons, so I think we'll continue to do it after this session. We can stop over the summer!
Let's talk about travel! How many of you travel a lot? I only ask, because I sometimes feel that we are coming apart at the seams with all the back and fourth travel we do! I wouldn't change it for the world, but I think I need a coping strategy;)
We went hiking yesterday, with some good friends! It was a 3 hour hike, and we were both tired and happy at the end of it! Grace is definitely a nature girl, and I think she goes a bit bonkers when she's away from the outdoors for too long!
Tomorrow is Art Class, so pictures may accompany tomorrow!

The swim class sounds like it is going well.

When I went to Santa Fe I just took Ami's math (from school at that time) and a book. She writes every day. While we are vacationing she finds books to read in the museums.

So, now I just plan to take her math, grammar, a book and depending on the length her portable keyboard. She gets plenty of history, science and culture on our trips.

I agree, Mamita! It is good to use "local" resources! LOL I was actually just talking about the upheaval of traveling a lot! It is very exciting, but also disriptive. The grass is always greener, eh? :)
I have online services for Grace's ed stuff that I can print out wherever we are, so I just continue on that!
