OK. Before you look on, realize that these pictures represent an entire week of fun and frolic at Disney. That is why Grace has bags under her eyes. Those who know and love her will realize that "to burn the candle at both ends" was not only an option, but rather a compulsion! LOL
She is pictured above as "Tink", as it fits her so well. (Don't you agree?) It was this costume which inspired just about every single cast member in the WDW theme park complex to address her as "Tinkerbell". Of course, as I already explained to Mariposa, OUR Tink didn't like that so well. Despite playing ALL DAY at home dressed as a Wood Elf from LOTR or something equally as belief-suspending, she actually had the nerve to ask if one cast member "has a diagnosis or is mentally ill" because he put on a show of her being Tinkerbell. She was genuinely freaked out too! She was not "playing the straight guy" as we had originally thought. She and I had a nice chat on Dumbo abouhow people go to WDW to "suspend reality" and after that she was all hunky-dory.
Her favorite park, by far, was EPCOT. She loved both Future World and the Showcase of Countries. She begged for the Kimono, and we finally gave in, as she used her own money and seems to have a penchant for things oriental, as of late. The quality is very good, and she lieks the fact that I have hung it on her wall for safe-keeping! The pictures of her in teh Kimono on "Mission:Space" say everything tehre is to say about our girl. She's no ordinary girly-girl!
Of course, the trip wouldn't have been any fun at all except for AZ Gram and Prince Grampy! CHECK! Another Mom and Pop humor week ended! (Although I think this one was more like "Humor Julie" Week!)
Hugs to all!

OH! SHAUN!! It is PRINCE CASPIAN:) She was in love. I have never seen my little girl act liek that. She was tripping over her feet and completely tongue-tied when in his presence! It was precious!

I had to come see after I saw your comment at Patience's blog -- sooo fun! I love the picture with the guy -- Gaston? The guy from enchanted?
It looks like you had a great time. We loved our Disney trip in Oct. -- and I couldn't believe the things people would drag their kids though! I think we are so painfully crowd-averse that our girls are naturally protected from late nights and crazy waits.
Wonderful pictures! What a marvellous time! Its so lovely to have you back :-)
Those are really cool photos. I love the Tinkerbell ones. Grace's legs look like they are getting long. Where is your dad?
She looks beautiful! The castle pic could be in the Disney brochure!
I have to love the kimono in the Mission: Space. Reminds me of someone else.
Gorgeous kimono!
She makes a very sprightly Tink...
has the perfect twinkle in her eye for it! ;-)
I love the "group" shot.
Looks like everyone had a wonderful time. Happy Anniversay a little late. I think Grace was born to be at Disney World. I remember I was about that age when we went and I rememeber everything. Just a perfect age to enjoy.
