Favorite Childhood Rooms

This is from Mariposa's latest post! WHat a great idea! Thanks!!
My hands-down favorite childhood room was the nursery from "Wolves of Willoughby Chase" by Joan Aiken.  There were so many cool toys, like the real horse-hair rocking horse, and the life-sized dolls' house.  It always seemed so warm and inviting, with teh Nurse lways bringing them a "posset" or some other lovely nibblet.

My second favorite childhood room was Bag End. I LONGED to live in a Hobbit hole and I would have given my left arm to do so... So you can imagine when LOTR came out in movie form, I was ECSTATIC.

Third was identical to Mariposa's;)

Great choices! I love both of those too!

I might mention a few more.
