Density, Creativity and Maturity

This is a density experiment Grace performed yetsterday.

I have to say that I am so impressed with Grace's motivation and maturity lately. She has really just blossomed in many ways. She has become a dream student, a creative thinker and learner and has become very motivated to dive into anything and everything, from making paper snowflakes to String Theory. She loves to Read, absolutely LOVES Math, is very happy with History , Sceince, LA and journals on her own each day. I hope this does not come off as one big brag, but I really never thought I'd see the day when she'd be so motivated about this stuff. She's downright "scholarly", and it warms a mom's heart! She's the type of kid that would happily ponder the secrets of the universe up a tree. I completely see value in that, and she was basically left alone to do just that for years ( except when she was reaidng, drawing or doing experiments).

In any case, I think we may need to rethink the educational goals, as she's just rocketing through stuff. But, then again, what's new? Right? :)
